Have you already traveled with A-ROSA twice or more and have successfully registered with the A-ROSA Customer Club? For you to be able to use all the benefits and club services, we need your support. Why is the ship manifest so important for the customer club status?

  • Your ship manifest at https://www.arosa-cruises.com/my-a-rosa/ship-manifest contains all the important personal data that we need from you before your trip.
  • In order to be able to identify you as a customer club member, please enter your first and last name, address and club number in the ship manifest at least 3 weeks before departure. If your personal details have changed (e.g. after moving or getting married), please inform us using the form below.
